This Privacy Policy explains how PakaiKita ("we") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you visit this website, fill in a form, book a demo, or subscribe to our newsletter. We process personal data in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (the "PDP Law") and its implementing regulations.
1. Data we collect
- Contact / inquiry form: name, email, company name, product of interest, estimated budget, and your message.
- Demo booking: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, company name, product, notes, and the time slot you choose.
- Newsletter: email address.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and access time automatically logged by our server for security, spam prevention, and troubleshooting.
- Cookies & analytics: only if you consent through the cookie banner (see section 6).
2. Legal basis and purposes
We process personal data based on your consent, to act on your request before or in connection with an agreement, and for legitimate interests (such as system security), as provided in the PDP Law. The purposes are:
- To answer questions, prepare proposals, and contact you about your software needs.
- To arrange and confirm demo bookings, including sending calendar invitations.
- To send newsletters and product information (you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email).
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse and spam.
- To understand website usage for service improvement and ad measurement, if you accept analytics/advertising cookies.
3. Storage and retention
Data is stored on servers and databases that we operate or rent from hosting providers. We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it. Inquiry and booking data that does not lead to a business relationship is reviewed and deleted periodically.
4. Sharing data with others
We do not sell your personal data. Data is only shared with parties that help us run our services, under confidentiality obligations:
- Hosting / server and database providers.
- Email service providers for notifications, confirmations, and newsletters.
- Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta (Pixel) — only if you accept cookies.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile) for anti-spam verification on forms, when enabled.
- Competent authorities when required by law.
Some of these providers may process data outside Indonesia. In that case we ensure adequate protection in line with the cross-border transfer provisions of the PDP Law.
5. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access control, hashed passwords, and access logging. No system is entirely risk-free; if a personal data protection failure occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by the PDP Law.
6. Cookies and analytics
The website stores your display preferences (theme, language) and your cookie choice in your browser. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel) are only loaded after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link at the bottom of the website.

Under the PDP Law, you have the right to:
- Obtain information about the processing of your personal data.
- Access and obtain a copy of your personal data.
- Update or correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion or destruction of your personal data.
- Withdraw consent you have given.
- Object to certain processing, including direct marketing.

8. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data.
